Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any products once they are sold. All sales are final.

However, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available in the following cases:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items

    • If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request an exchange.

    • A clear photo of the defect must be emailed to snagsstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Size Issue

    • If the size does not fit, you may request an exchange for a different size.

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

    • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

How to request an exchange?

  • Email us at snagsstore@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and a clear image of the product (for defects or incorrect sizing).

  • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Important Notes

  • Exchange requests after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged products.

  • We do not offer refunds or store credits—only exchanges for eligible items.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
